The Venue

The Reigny Abbey, a 12th-century National Historic Monument near Chablis, is just two hours from Paris but worlds away from the distractions of modern life.

Set amidst rolling vineyards in the picturesque French countryside, it was once the beloved retreat of icons such as Coco Chanel and the Duke of Westminster. For one unforgettable night, we'll join its history, celebrating friendship and love - writing a page of its remarkable legacy.

A Culinary Journey

For one night only, a brigade of supremely talented friends with Michelin-starred pedigrees will unite to take us on a culinary journey. Each dish will honour to the season and land and will be paired with natural wines that have captured our hearts over the years. This is a meal that will tell a story—one of friendship, craftsmanship, and the magic that happens when all these come together.

We suggest summer formal attire. Think suits and dresses. The ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend comfortable shoes for uneven terrain and sunscreen for the afternoon sun. The evening will move indoors, so no need to bundle up unless you get chilly easily.
We love your little ones, but to ensure everyone can relax and fully enjoy the evening, we kindly ask that children join us only for the afternoon festivities. For the dinner and evening, please organize alternate care or put them to bed, allowing everyone to enjoy the night to the fullest. To help make things easier, we’ll be happy to share the names of a few local babysitters if helpful. Thank you for your understanding!
We’ve arranged accommodations at two fantastic options: Logis St-François, a guesthouse affiliated with the Abbey offers a practical, economical, and convenient choice just minutes away from the wedding venue. It's the perfect choice for those who value convenience and ease. For those seeking more refinement, the Hostellerie des Clos, located in the heart of Chablis, provides a charming and elegant stay, about 25 minutes from the venue. Details on how to book can be found in the travel guide section of our website.
A shuttle will be available from the Logis St Francois to the wedding venue (and back). More details about shuttle schedules will follow closer to the date. The venue also features parking for those coming by car.
Your thoughtfulness means the world to us! If you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, we would be deeply grateful. We suggest arriving Friday to soak up the region’s charm, celebrating with us Saturday as of 3:30pm, and joining us for a casual brunch on Sunday midday. After the wedding, we suggest you make the most of Burgundy, or explore Europe if you've come from afar. We’ll personally be heading to Paris for a few days. If you're around at the same time, we'll surely be able to cross paths and see a few of you in smaller groups.
Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee adjustments or a completely allergen-free environment. Beyond a vegetarian main course, we can't confirm we'll be able to cater to additional dietary preferences. However there will be plenty of food.
